AVAILABILITY
The Pure Oil Company’s manufacturing plant is well equipped to meet production demand, however if for some reason we are unable to provide the product due to unforeseen circumstances then a small ‘notify me’ badge is visible on the product’s page. Leave your email with us by clicking this link, and we’ll let you know when the product comes back into stock. We strive to keep a full stock listing available at all times, and replenishment delay can be as little as 2 weeks. We do not keep waiting lists, or allow pre-orders, and all information you provide will be kept private.
SHIPPING
After purchasing goods from The Pure Oil Company website, we take the highest care in ensuring your order arrives in the condition that it is manufactured. We ship within 24 hours of order placement.
LOCAL SHIPPING
We ship all local orders through AusPost. Shipping costs are based on weight, size and destination and are calculated during the checkout process.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally, and regularly ship packages all over the world. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Please contact us directly if your destination is not available at checkout.
Refunds and Returns
Only items purchased on The Pure Oil Company website can be returned to thepureoilco.com for refund or exchange. Items purchased in a specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
Should you make an error when ordering online, The Pure Oil Company will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges
Defective items claims must be lodged via the phone, our website at returns@thepureoilcompany.com.au within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement or refund. Depending on the claim we will require evidence of the defect via email or post. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced a full refund will be offered. The Pure Oil Company will cover all postage costs for defective item claims but this must be arranged and agreed with The Pure Oil Company staff before any item is returned.
How to return your item:
- Contact The Pure Oil Company via our website at Contact Us section. A customer service representative will contact you as soon as possible to explain how to go about your return request. The Customer Service Representative will also provide you address details of where to send your return.
- Send your item to the return address provided. Please ensure that your name and details are clearly displayed on the return packaging.
- As soon as the return has been received - a replacement product will be shipped or money less costs refunded.
IMPORTANT:
The return must be received by The Pure Oil Company within (14) fourteen days.
Replacement product will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received by The Pure Oil Company unless stated otherwise by a The Pure Oil Company customer services representative.
