Are The Pure Oil Company’s products safe to use while pregnant or breastfeeding?
We always recommend that you take the packaging (or the ingredients list from our website) into your GP and double check with them prior to use. All of our products are approved for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. All our oils are pure and natural and consist of only one ingredient so it should be easy to get an answer!
Does The Pure Oil Company do samples of their products?
Unfortunately we do not make sample sachets of all of our products. In the interest of sustainability we try and limit the amount of foil sachets on offer.
My product smells slightly different to the last one I purchased, why is that?
The variation you may be experiencing is probably due to seasonal variation in the harvest of the ingredients we use. Due to the nature of our product being high in concentration of a singular natural ingredient, we are at the mercy of the seasons and some batches will come out with stronger scents than others. This is quite normal and does not affect the efficacy of the product. In addition to this we do not add synthetic stabilisers in our formulations so not one product will ever be exactly the same.
Can I export your products overseas and how do I go about this?
We receive lots of export enquiries each week so we require that you first make contact via email with full details of your distribution company, capabilities and proposal. Please note that only successful enquiries will receive a response and no time frame can be guaranteed.
